Absolutely delicious dumplings! I tried the pork and chive as well as the spicy Szechuan beef, and both were bursting with flavor. The wrappers were perfectly thin and tender. The staff was super friendly and the place is clean and cozy. If you’re in Moorpark and craving authentic Chinese dumplings, this is the spot. Will definitely be back!

Dumpling Shack is a hidden gem! I ordered takeout and was blown away by the quality. The soup dumplings had rich broth and the handmade noodles were so fresh. My whole family loved it. Portions were generous and prices were very reasonable. Can’t wait to try more items on the menu—especially the dan dan noodles next time!

As a dumpling lover, I can confidently say these are some of the best I’ve had outside of Chinatown. Everything is made fresh, and you can taste the care in every bite. The vinegar and chili oil they serve on the side are the perfect touch. Great service, quick turnaround, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!
